30 MINUTES OF GENTLE YOGA

Our puppy yoga sessions begin with a gentle 30 minute yoga flow designed for all experience levels. Led by a qualified instructor, we focus on simple stretches, mindful movement, and relaxation rather than intensity, so you can fully unwind.

30 MINUTES OF PUPPY SOCIAL TIME

After your yoga session, you’ll enjoy 30 minutes of pure puppy time! This is your chance to sit, play, and bond with the puppies in a relaxed environment. It’s also an important part of the puppies’ early development, helping them build confidence and positive associations with new people. Expect plenty of cuddles, playtime, and photo opportunities as you soak up all the joy these pups bring!

All of the puppies who join us come from carefully selected, responsible breeders who prioritise health, welfare, and early development. They visit us during their important socialisation window - a key stage in a puppies’ development where new experiences help them grow into confident, happy dogs before heading off to their forever homes.

Our sessions are designed to give them gentle exposure to new people, sounds, and surroundings in a calm, positive way. It’s a lovely balance - you get to enjoy time with the puppies, and they get a fun, enriching experience that helps set them up for life.

  • Absolutely! Our Puppy Yoga sessions are designed for all abilities, from complete beginners to seasoned yogis. The focus is on gentle stretching, relaxation, and having fun with puppies.

  • The welfare of our pups is our top priority. Our puppies are carefully supervised by experienced handlers throughout the event and we adhere to a strict welfare protocol.

  • Puppy Yoga helps puppies socialise in a safe, positive environment before they go to their forever homes, it helps them grow into happy, confident dogs. And for us humans, spending time with puppies reduces stress and boosts mood, while gentle yoga supports relaxation and wellbeing. It’s a win-win!

  • We provide mats. You may want to bring a water bottle.

  • We recommend you wear comfortable clothes that you don’t mind puppies snuggling up to.

  • Due to the safety and comfort of our pups our classes are only suitable for ages 12+. Anybody under 18 will need to be accompanied by a full paying adult.

  • Yes! We encourage you to capture and share your puppy yoga moments.

  • We recommend you consider any allergies very carefully before booking, as puppies will be freely moving around during the session.
