Terms of Service | Pupp & Co — Pupp and Co Puppy Yoga

By booking or attending a Pupp & Co puppy yoga session, you agree to the following terms.

Don’t worry we keep it simple and clear!

All sessions must be booked in advance through our website. Group or private bookings can be booked by contacting us at contact@puppandco.com
Payment is due at the time of booking.
We cannot guarantee refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session. Rescheduling may be possible subject to availability.

You participate in sessions at your own risk. Yoga is gentle, but please listen to your body and follow our instructor’s guidance.
Please notify us of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns before attending.

Sessions involve close contact with puppies. If you have allergies, asthma, or any condition that may be affected, please consider carefully before attending.
Children under the age of 12 are not permitted and all children under 18 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult at all times.
Please wear comfortable clothing that you don’t mind puppies cuddling up to.

Our puppies attend sessions during a critical socialisation window and are carefully monitored.
We may remove puppies from the session if they are stressed or require rest — your experience will be dependent on their best interest.
Handling and play with puppies must be gentle and respectful. Staff guidance must be followed.

We expect all attendees to behave respectfully toward staff, other participants, and puppies. Aggressive or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the session without refund.
Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in. Due to our welfare and safety regulations any arrivals beyond 10 minutes late can not be permitted entry as we will have already completed the safety briefing and we need doors to remain closed once the session has begun. Please arrive on time.
In order for us to maintain our safety and welfare standards, you must follow staff instructions at all times. Failure to comply with our protocols may result in removal from the session without refund.

Pupp & Co cannot be held liable for personal injury, allergic reactions, or property damage during sessions.
Puppies are living animals; their behaviour cannot be guaranteed. By attending, you accept this risk.

Photos and videos may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes.
By attending, you consent to the possible use of images containing you in Pupp & Co (and affiliated partners’) marketing, social media, websites and printed materials.
