FEAL - TERMS OF SERVICE

By booking, attending, or participating in any class, session, event, or activity provided by Feal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following:

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

I acknowledge that participation in pilates, fitness, yoga, and/or wellness activities at Feal involves inherent risks of injury, illness, or other health concerns. These may include but are not limited to muscle strains, sprains, dehydration, and other physical or emotional injuries. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participating and that I voluntarily choose to participate at my own risk.I confirm that to the best of my knowledge, I am physically able to participate and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions or injuries to the instructor. I understand that instructors may provide modifications or restrict participation where they believe it is unsafe. I understand that it is my responsibility to exercise within my own limits and to stop immediately if I experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, or distress.

2. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in any class, training, or service offered by Feal, including the use of facilities, equipment (including Pilates-based exercise and use of studio equipment) and services. I release, waive, and discharge Feal, its owners, instructors, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise to the fullest extent permitted by law. I acknowledge that nothing in this waiver excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

3. Medical Emergency

In the event of an accident or medical emergency, I authorise Feal staff to secure medical treatment as deemed necessary. I agree to be financially responsible for any resulting costs.

4. Photo, Video, and Media Release

I grant Feal and its representatives permission to use my image, likeness, and voice in photographs, videos, or other media for marketing, promotional and educational purposes, with no compensation due to me. I understand these materials may appear in both print and digital formats, including social media and advertising.

If you prefer your image not be used, please notify us in writing.

5. Personal Property

I acknowledge that Feal is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property while on the premises.

6. Studio Policies

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to abide by all current Feal policies, including but not limited to Feal’s terms of service, cancellation policy, late arrival policy, membership terms, and studio etiquette, as published on our website or booking platform.

7. Privacy Policy

By booking and attending you also acknowledge that your personal data will be handled in accordance with Feal’s Privacy Policy: www.feal.com/privacy

Pupp & Co – Terms of Service

By booking or attending a Pupp & Co puppy yoga session, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Payment

  • All sessions must be booked in advance through our website. Group or private bookings can be booked by contacting us at contact@puppandco.com

  • Payment is due at the time of booking.

  • Due to the limited availability of our tickets we are not able to provide refunds if you can no longer attend. Rescheduling may be possible subject to availability and notice. Please contact us at contact@puppandco.com.

2. Health & Safety

  • You participate in sessions at your own risk. Yoga is gentle, but please listen to your body and follow our instructor’s guidance.

  • Please notify us of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns before attending.

3. Allergies & Suitability

  • Sessions involve close contact with puppies. If you have allergies, asthma, or any condition that may be affected, please consider carefully before attending.

  • Children under the age of 12 are not permitted and all children under 18 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult at all times.

  • Please wear comfortable clothing that you don’t mind puppies cuddling up to.

4. Puppy Welfare

  • Our puppies attend sessions during a critical socialisation window and are carefully monitored.

  • We may remove puppies from the session if they are stressed or require rest — your experience will be dependent on their best interest.

  • Handling and play with puppies must be gentle and respectful. Staff guidance must be followed.

5. Conduct

  • We expect all attendees to behave respectfully toward staff, other participants, and puppies. Aggressive or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the session without refund.

  • Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in. Due to our welfare and safety regulations any arrivals beyond 10 minutes late can not be permitted entry as we will have already completed the safety briefing and we need doors to remain closed once the session has begun. Please arrive on time.

  • In order for us to maintain our safety and welfare standards, you must follow staff instructions at all times. Failure to comply with our protocols may result in removal from the session without refund.

6. Liability

  • Pupp & Co cannot be held liable for personal injury, allergic reactions, or property damage during sessions.

  • Puppies are living animals; their behaviour cannot be guaranteed. By attending, you accept this risk.

7. Photography & Social Media

  • Photos and videos may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes.

  • By attending, you consent to the possible use of images containing you in Pupp & Co (and affiliated partners’) marketing, social media, websites and printed materials.
